Response: You can find several hotels that we recommend for your accommodation during the Meeting on the 6I3M's website. 6I3M's guests are provided with a special rate for room reservation. Please kindly download the Room Reservation Form of the hotel of your choice provided in the website and return it to the hotel for room reservation. The form is already for 6I3M guests' exclusive use.

Q2) Could you let me know the timetable of the local tour?

Response: We do not have the confirmed timetable of the local tour yet. For your reference, the dinner will be finished at about 9pm, I think all participants will be dismissed no later than 10pm at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Q3) If I take part in the meeting without presentation or poster, i.e. one day registration, can I have a copy of the proceedings?

Response: Yes, you still able to get a copy of the proceedings.

Q4) Is it all right for me to pay the registration fee on site when I attend the conference on 16 Oct 2006?

Response: We are sorry that we do not prefer participants settle the registration fee on site.
