• One of your co-authors will be expected to attend the meeting and present the paper
• Presenters will be given 20 minutes for presenting the paper
• Projection facilities will be available at the Meeting
• The presentation files format should be in the Microsoft PowerPoint 2003
• Please finalized and submit your presentation files to the Organizer by email to tccathy@inet.polyu.edu.hk on or before 10 October 2006 (Tuesday)
• Please also bring the presentation file, in disk or in a computer thumb drive to the Meeting

• Each poster will be provided with a 1 m (width) x 2 m (height) display panel for exhibition
• All posters have to be adhered onto the display panel on the Pre-registration Day, 16 October 2006 (Monday)
• Posters will be exhibited during the Meeting on 17-18 October 2006
